Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversees the BIM process in a design or construction organization.
• Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
• Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data
• Training and educating project team members on BIM technology and workflows.
• Troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues and conflicts.
• Developing and maintaining BIM documentation and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.
• Ensuring that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project.

Requirement

• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Engineering field
• Posses relevant certification recognized by BCA
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in BIM.
• Expert knowledge of BIM technology, software, and workflows.
• Strong presentation, project management, team management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in BIM software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD etc
• Experience in MEP Projects is advantageous
