As our online business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Executive to support and drive our digital sales channels.
About the Role
This role combines e-commerce operations and digital marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, analysing performance, and contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and content across e-commerce platforms
• Monitor sales performance and implement improvements to drive conversions
• Coordinate order fulfilment, delivery issues, and customer enquiries
• Execute online promotions, campaigns, social media content, and email marketing
• Analyse sales trends and prepare performance reports
• Work with internal teams on stock planning, product launches, and marketing materials
• Maintain a seamless and premium online shopping experience
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital commerce
• Familiarity with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms is an advantage
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online campaigns
• Comfortable analysing data and tracking performance metrics
• Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve online sales performance
