Production Scheduling:

• Create detailed production plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any deviations or delays.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to production timelines.

Inventory Management:

• Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory turnover rates and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze production and inventory reports to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports to management on production performance, material usage, and inventory levels.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity in materials planning and production scheduling.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to apply innovative solutions to planning challenges.

Qualifications:

• Have experience in materials planning, production planning, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Proficiency in planning and inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
