Responsibilities
Accountable for the overall project success by independently driving the overall project end-to-end cycle, from approach to implementation.
Serve as the forefront in client communication, relationship building and crisis management and assist in stakeholder management and coordination
Communicate and coordinate different working teams, such as design and development team, for timely project delivery
Analyze the business demand, translate into accurate and actionable requirements and proactively come up with solutions
Produce professional comprehensive documentation, including but not limited to project proposals, requirement specifications, functional specifications, implementation plans, test plans, user guides and deployment plans
Involve in test planning & execution and production rollouts
Working with the Account Lead, assist in business development related activities such as proposal preparation and presentation
Support any related ad-hoc request from Management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Computer Science related disciplines
Over 4 years experience in project management, business development or other related experience in digital field
Suitable applicant with less experience may be considered as Assistant Digital Project Manager
Being able to stand into different roles’ shoes and come up with the most appropriate solution with swift and accurate problem solving skill
Being able to adapt to environments of different organizational work culture
Well-organized, detail-minded, logical and able to work under pressure
A self-motivated, proactive and responsible team player with strong leadership and interpersonal and communication skills
Fundamental technical sense is required
Strong sense in user experience is a plus
Experience in change management planning and execution is a great plus
Fluent in Cantonese and English verbal and written communication skill, proficient in mandarin is a plus
