· Perform supplier sourcing, selection, evaluation, negotiation, vendor performance monitoring and vendor relationship management.

· Responsible for the creation and monitoring of vendor setup and vendor compliance requirements are according to standard procedures.

· Perform tender projects, including preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and finalization of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.

· Involved in vendor audits & evaluations, provide feedback to vendors regarding quality & services.

· Handle Vendor master data management

· Handle Contract and catalogue management

· Support procurement system 

· Organize and conduct training for internal and external user.

· Assist in preparing monthly reports

· Support ad hoc procurement projects and departmental initiatives when required.

· Manage procurement activities related to KOL agencies, media agencies, travel arrangements, and hotel accommodations, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, negotiation, contract administration, and vendor performance monitoring.
