Ensure new products costing is done with managements approval, updated on product catalogues, communicated to sales personel, territory distributors and marketing personel.  

 Ensure smooth progress on Bridgestone Asean Amateur Open tournament and other offline marketing campaigns     

Prepare needful documentations such as Purchase Order,Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing List ,Delivery Order ,Quotation,Proposals Coordinate  

Manage the inventory movement and store keeper along side company driver        

Liase with suppliers for logo prints,embroidery and other special orders Liase with our principal in Japan for PO issuance        

Verify,check and Key in supplier invoices and submit to accounts department for payment on timely manner          

Monthly order forcasting and budgeting with managements approval
