Requirements
- Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in machine maintenance or manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Able to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical machine issues.
- Knowledge of production machinery, automation, or industrial equipment.
- Familiar with preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance.
- Able to read basic technical drawings and machine manuals.
- Hands-on skills in using tools and measuring instruments.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work in shifts and under pressure in production environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication with production and engineering teams.
- Safety-conscious and follows workplace safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to SOP.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machine parameters before and during production.
- Ensure machines are running smoothly and meet production targets.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report technical issues or breakdowns.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Record production output, downtime, and machine performance data.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams when needed.
- Report any defects, abnormalities, or safety risks immediately.
