Job Scope

Accounting

•  Process company payments
  • Maintain bookkeeping records
  • Manage payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS & claims
  • Create invoices and follow up on payments
  • Handle LHDN, SST and statutory compliance
  • Prepare cash flow projections
  • Assist with loan applications and management accounting

Human Resources

• Screen candidates and arrange interviews
  • Manage onboarding for new hires
  • Coordinate performance reviews
  • Support office administration and workflow management
  • Apply for government grants
  • Organise employee engagement activities and birthday celebrations
