Responsibilities
perFACE is a leading HKEX-listed Medical Aesthetic Group. To support our rapid expansion and digital transformation across the Greater Bay Area, we are seeking a high-caliber IT professional to oversee our regional IT operations and project portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Reporting: Report directly to Senior Management on project status, IT strategy, and regional team performance.
Macro-Management: Provide strategic oversight of IT teams and operations across Hong Kong and Zhuhai.
Roadmap & Planning: Formulate and execute the Group’s IT strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Project Governance: Manage the full project lifecycle, including timeline control, resource allocation, and budget management.
Team Supervision: Lead, coach, and supervise cross-border IT teams to ensure high-quality delivery and collaboration.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the key bridge between Senior Management, business units, and the IT department.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 10 years of solid experience in IT Project Management; experience in listed companies is highly preferred.
Technical Background: Proven track record in IT System Development is a strong advantage.
Strategic Skills: Strong capability in project coordination, roadmap planning, and risk management.
Leadership: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage regional teams (HK & Zhuhai).
Attributes: Analytical, self-motivated.
