Key Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for the development of Kumon franchisees, ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards and operational guidelines
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with franchisees
Motivate and support franchisees to achieve targets in student enrolment, retention, and instructional goals
Develop and implement tailored support plans and initiatives to drive student progress and business growth
Resolve conflicts and deliver effective business solutions, working closely with the franchisee and team leader
Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as required
Act as a positive ambassador for the Kumon brand in promotion
Requirements:
A degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline
2–4 years' experience in a customer service role (advantageous but not essential)
A genuine passion for supporting the growth and development of children
Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with organizational abilities
A mature, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
The ability to multitask, work independently, and solve problems effectively
Willingness to work weekends when required
