We are looking for an energetic and organized Event Assistant to help our team bring events to life. If you are hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of event production, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
On-Site Setup: Help set up venues, furniture, decorations, and branding before the event starts.
Live Event Support: Assist with AV equipment, photography, and video recording during the event.
Admin Support: Perform general office administrative duties and assist with event-related paperwork.
Other: Other reasonable tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education: Higher Diploma or above in Event Management, Hospitality, Venue Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in event operations or an AV technical support capacity. Experience in Event Agency and Hotel industries is a definite advantage.
Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical tasks, including moving furniture and equipment for event setups.
Soft Skills: A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with various internal teams and external vendors.
