Responsibility :
Report to Project Manager / Building Service Coordinator

Responsible for monitoring and checking building services installations

To ensure all specifications, work procedures, work schedules and quality of works are strictly followed

To perform site coordination works with consultants and sub-contractors / suppliers

To handle the production of CSD with relevant parties

To coordinate all on-site works

Required to be stationed on site

Requirements:
High Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years practical experience in handling building services projects

Knowledge of Building Services Installations and relevant statutory regulations

Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site coordination with sub-contractors

Proficiency in computer applications, e.g. AutoCAD and MS Office

Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with people at all levels

Self-motivated, initiative and systematic

Good command of verbal and written English and Cantonese
