Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

Coach and guide the team in Agile and Scrum principles, values, and best practices

Remove impediments that block team progress and escalate issues when necessary

Support the Product Owner in backlog management, refinement, and prioritization

Foster an environment of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep during the sprint

Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (e.g. velocity, burn‑down charts)

Promote self‑organization and cross‑functional teamwork

Work closely with stakeholders to ensure expectations are aligned and value is delivered

Support Agile adoption and maturity at the team and organizational level
