Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of transformation projects
Drive execution of programs for digital, tech and business
Project planning, governance, risk and & dependency management
Execution of projects under the defined controls and governance frameworks
Program reporting, and steerco management for delivery updates and executive summary
Own and manage end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives from planning through execution and release
Define and maintain delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, operations)
Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, priorities, and outcomes
Track progress, manage risks/issues, and proactively resolve delivery impediments
Facilitate governance, steering forums, and stakeholder updates
Ensure effective use of delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality, and predictability
Manage inter‑team dependencies and coordinate across multiple workstreams
Foster a strong delivery culture focused on accountability, transparency, and collaboration
