Responsibilities
Who will...
Prepare high standard beverages (coffee and cocktails)
Interact with guests and deliver the Winstons guest experience
Monitor inventory of drinks and other bar supplies
Keep the bar and floor area neat and tidy
Independent working
Flexible shift, mainly 1PM-10PM shift, may work 6:30AM-3:30PM shift , depends on the roster
Available to have some trial shifts (hourly rates paid) in June 2026.
Available to start work on 1 July 2026
Holding a Hygiene Supervisor certificate is an advantage.
Have experienced in holding a liquor license is an advantage.
