YOUR ROLE
To manage tender opportunities within the Regional Tender Management Organization. To grow CEVA’s FM business through the agreed Tender Management process covering the FM Air & Ocean Freight portfolio by collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Has the overall responsibility to deliver a correct, complete and timely submission of assigned tenders.
In-depth understanding of CEVA’s businesses and strategic direction.
Works closely with various stakeholders regarding strategic responses of the respective tenders.
Works closely with various stakeholders regarding pricing.
Supports optimization of various processes.
Conducts reviews with various stakeholders.
Stays updated on general developments within GTM
Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University degree or above
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
With more than 8 years’ experience in Freight forwarding pricing and tender management will be advantaged
Proficiency in MS office applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
Open-minded
Excellent communication skills
Ability to articulate the views and requirements of both external and internal parties and come to a common agreement
