Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team in maximize store sales through monitoring and measuring sales performance on a daily basis through KPIs management (convertion rate, cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning)
Drive the sales team in deliver the best client experience through the Valentino Client Journey
Recruit new clients and retain them to develop and maintain long-term relationships in order to promote Brand loyalty
Offer an excellent level couture service at all times across all categories
Foster sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine
Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities
Where an Ops HC is not present takes an active part to the execution of operational tasks (including shipping/receiving)
Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and Company strategies
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or Diploma holder or equivalent
Minimum 4 years' working experience in luxury fashion industry; at least 2 years of experience in managerial role with solid sales experience
Self-motivated, mature and good team-player
Proven selling skills with strong clientele background
Excellent communication, story telling, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong product knowledge to support the team in product maintenance, replenishment, display
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
