職責:
職責:
- 負責管理機電系統的巡查、例行檢查、維修及保養
- 處理緊急情況、安排人手、提交事故報告
- 督導技術員、確保維修工作的安全和質量、進行驗收
- 管理、組織和指揮大型維修工作
- 中五或以上學歷程度,持有相關機電 / 屋宇裝備工程文憑更佳
- 必需持有註冊電業工程人員 A 、 B 或 H 牌
- 5 年屋宇裝備 / 設施管理行業經驗
- 曾於數據中心、酒店、醫院、實驗室、甲級寫字樓、銀行任維修工作更佳
- 需 7x 24 輪班工作
- M&E facilitiespatrolling, regular inspection, repairs and maintenance
- Emergency situationhandling, manpower arrangement, submit incident reports
- Supervision oftechnicians, ensure maintenance work’s safety and quality, handover inspections
- Manage, organize andcommand large scale maintenance activities
- Form 5 or above,Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering ishighly preferred.
- Holder of RegisteredElectrical Worker license A,B or H
- 5 years’ experience inBuilding Services/ Facilities Management industry
- Maintenance experiencein data centre, hotel, hospital, laboratory, class-A commercial buildings orbanks is preferred
- 7 x 24 Shift Duty isrequired
