Job Description
Responsibilities
Duties:
Handle import / export shipment;
Coordinate shipment with Customer, Origin team and Agent;
Updating shipment status to Customer and Agent;
Work independently and make sure the shipment going smoothly & on time;
Handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner.
Requirements:
Min two to three years working experience in sea freight operation;
Good communication in English and Mandarin;
Immediate available is preferred.
