Purchasing Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up purchase orders to support daily operations and private event
Assist in sourcing, price negotiation, quality checking and delivery arrangements, including but not limited to Hong Kong & Macau area
Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, Supply Management, Business Administration is preferred
Candidates with at least 1 year relevant working experience in Hospitality or F&B industry is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, reliable and multi-tasking is a must
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
