Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack JavaScript applications.
- Build backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Use GCP services, including BigQuery, to support application and data requirements.
- Translate business needs into maintainable technical solutions.
- Support code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production fixes.
- 3-8 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience in JavaScript full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience in microservice development.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery and other key GCP services.
- Good understanding of modern software engineering practices.
- Self-driven, motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Good understanding of data modeling and data engineering concepts.
- Experience in the banking industry.
- Prior HSBC experience is highly preferred.
