Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in the overall management of projects, ensuring successful execution and completion.
Collaborate with the project team to coordinate activities and support efficient progress.
Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and address any issues or challenges.
Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Coordinate with main-contractors and sub-contractors to facilitate project implementation.
Resolve ad hoc site matters and ensure effective site coordination.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project.
Requirements:
Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum of 10 years (Assistant Project Manager) / 5 years (Senior Engineer) / 2 years (Engineer ) relevant working experience in a contracting firm specializing in MVAC installation for new build and A&A projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong financial acumen for monitoring project income and expenditure (Senior Engineer).
Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized with a team-oriented approach.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
