Defond Electrical Industries Limited Hiring! Full Time Senior Project Coordinator (ODM-OEM) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Project management from quotation to new project introduction and finally to mass production, work with engineering and OPR teams for successful product launch

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and manage their expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the whole project lifecycle.

• Cost management. Track expenses throughout the project lifecycle to make sure it’s in the scope. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement and project execution.

• Developing comprehensive risk management plans, conducting risk assessments, and implementing mitigation strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• With growth mindset to challenge status quo for continuous improvement.

• Willing to travel to China for our factory and Overseas for our customers.

• Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• 4-7 years of working experience in OEM/ODM project management

• With consumer electronics product development experience is an advantage

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
