Conduct site inspections and checking of site works in accordance with the Site Inspection Guides DASM and DEI issued by the Housing Department (HD).

Check, inspect and report the installed materials, plant and equipment on acceptable workmanship, drawing approvals, installation requirements, and compliance with Contract requirements.

Carry out site measurements and tests. Witness on-site and off-site tests as required by the Contract and record the results.

Check site safety, security and environmental aspects and monitor on performance of contractor against Safety Plan and Environmental Management Plan.

Monitor progress of works on site against approved programme.

Carry out other duties as directed by the Contract Manager (CM) or his representatives

Candidates MUST have:
A Certificate in Construction or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university or technical institute or equivalent; AND

Must have at least 2 years’ relevant experience in building construction or building maintenance field;

6 days’ work per week on site (3 to 6 months)

Work Sites: Tuen Mun / Fanling / Pokfulam / West Kowloon
