• Create and deliver engaging lessons and activities that bring robotics and coding concepts to life in a fun, accessible, and interactive way—sparking students’ curiosity and a love of learning.
• Empower educators by providing comprehensive technical support and leading training sessions through the Train-the-Trainer program.
• Collaborate with a passionate team of educators and tech enthusiasts to make a real difference in STEAM education.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training methods and make recommendations to management.
• Reading-proof agency-provided documents and translate training materials if necessary.
• Perform quality assessment according to Group requirements/standards.
• Engage potential leads through phone calls, video calls, and email to initiate sales consultations and build rapport.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in robotics, programming, or education.
• Hands-on experience with micro:bit, Raspberry Pi, IoT sensors, Scratch, and Python.
• Solid understanding of robotics principles and proven ability to build and program robots.
• Excellent computational thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Passion for STEAM education and a genuine desire to make robotics accessible to all learners.
• Familiarity with AI (preferred): knowledge of basic machine learning/AI concepts, or experience integrating AI into educational content or projects is a plus.
