About the role
Take this exciting opportunity to join Atelier TAG Interiors Limited as a Project Manager (Fitout Project). As a full-time position of the company, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of commercial fitout projects for our clients. Being the key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple commercial fitout projects, from planning and design through to construction and completion
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve any technical issues that arise
Supervisor the site activities and ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
Provide regular progress updates to the management team and clients such as site reports and facilitating various project meetings
Prepare required drawings, corresponding document and statutory submission
Mentor and support junior members of the project team
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, preferably in the construction or commercial fitout industry
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial projects on time and within budget
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors
Proficient in the use of project management tools and software (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Project)
Thorough understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and quality standards
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
