World Family Limited Hiring! Full Time Centre Operation Manager in Kowloon, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

About the Role

We're looking for a Centre Operation Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Hong Kong World Family Club Centre, a member-exclusive space where families and young children come for English-learning activities, shows, and events.

You'll be the person who makes sure everything works: the centre runs smoothly, activities happen on schedule, members have a great experience, and the team knows what they're doing. This is a hands-on role. You'll manage staff, coordinate vendors, and handle logistics.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations, and member experience
• Track budgets, review expenses, and handle purchase orders
• Maintain member profiles and internal systems
• Plan the monthly educational event calendar for HK and Macau
• Coordinate activity themes, formats, and creative direction with the performers
• Oversee in-centre events including rehearsals and setup
• Handle Macau activity logistics (venue, room setup, material shipment)
• Handle member enquiries and escalations
• Recruit, train, and supervise front desk, and part-timers
• Allocate tasks and monitor workflow
• Manage part-time payroll and timesheets

What We're Looking For

Required

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years in operations, customer service, admin, or centre management
• Advanced English
• Advanced Cantonese

Preferred

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Background in English education or performances
• Fluent English
• Native Cantonese
• Fluent Mandarin

• Comfortable solving problems independently under pressure
• A clear communicator who can manage up, down, and across

Good to Know

• Occasional weekend and holiday work might be required.
• You'll manage a mixed team of full-time staff, part-timers, and external vendors
