  Job Requirements:

·      Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.

·      Must have minimum 2-4 years of experience in Onsite/Desktop Support, Networking and IT hardware support

·      Must have experience in Data Center environments - racks, structured cabling and server components

·      Must have experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory and End Point management tools

·      Knowledge of ticketing tools – Service Now.

·      Good to have experience as remote hands support in data center

·      Good to have experience supporting office relocation/infrastructure refresh projects

·      Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
