Responsibilities
About the Role
We are seeking a Project Analyst to support IT and business initiatives, with a particular focus on sales operations and process improvement. In this role, you will collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and support the delivery of system enhancements and business solutions.
This role is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to grow their career in business analysis within a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to sales operations and business workflows.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams to support system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in translating business needs into clear functional requirements and supporting documentation.
Support the design and implementation of practical solutions to improve day-to-day operations.
Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Arrange and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to help ensure solutions meet business needs.
Assist with application support, project coordination, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Relevant experience in IT, business analysis, or project support is required.
Experience in retail or luxury retail environments will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
Able to communicate clearly with both business users and technical teams.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
Good written and spoken English and Cantonese.
