Dermaglow Limited Hiring! Full Time Strategy - Development Director in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Dermaglow Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fameglow Holdings Limited (HKEX.8603), a Hong Kong listed company with wide range of businesses including engaged provision of treatment services and sale of skincare products, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Strategy & Development Director.

JOB DUTIES

The candidate will report to the Directors of the Company and responsible for:

• Lead the formulation of medium and long-term group business strategies, break down actionable plans, and support the group’s upgrade from a Hong Kong local enterprise to a Greater Bay Area integrated platform.
• Take charge of the group’s external expansion; lead investment & M&A projects, due diligence, valuation and negotiations, and cooperate with the finance team to facilitate financing activities.
• Spearhead the formulation of business plans for new business lines, compile business feasibility reports, oversee the full-cycle advancement of key projects, control costs, progress and compliance risks to accelerate project implementation and profitability.
• Develop strategic industry partner resources, optimize internal operational efficiency, and establish standardized project management and internal control systems.; and
• Handle ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business Administration, Finance or related fields is preferred;
• Over 5 years of working experience in corporate management and external investment;
• Native speaker of Mandarin is a MUST;
• Sound knowledge in PRC business environment is HIGHLY PREFERRED;
• Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills;
• Excellent planning and organization skills;
• Flexible personality and problem-solving oriented;
• Mature and able to work independently;
• Frequent travel between the PRC and Hong Kong
• Proficient in strategic planning and industry analysis, capable of independently drafting business plans and conducting business negotiations
