Dah Chong Hong, Ltd is a diversified business conglomerate specializing in three core businesses—Motors, Consumer, and Healthcare & Logistics—serving partners and customers across Hong Kong, mainland China and Southeast Asia markets We invite candidates with the requisite profile to apply for the following position:

Division: Group Finance

Responsibilities
Group and Statutory Reporting

• Lead the preparation and submission of reporting requirements for holding companies, including but not limited to:
• • Financial reports for state-owned enterprises
  • Related party and connected party transaction reports
  • Other statutory and group-level reporting deliverables
  • Work closely with parent company Finance, the Company Secretary, and relevant internal departments to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality reporting
• Handle external and internal audits

Management Reporting and Analysis

• Assist in the preparation of actual results, forecasts, and budget analyses, providing management with reliable and insightful financial information
• Manage routine and ad hoc reporting requests, ensure timely issue resolution, and deliver clear instructions to business units
• Liaise with the holding company to clarify reporting requirements and verify request details

• At least 6 years of relevant financial reporting and analysis experience gained in sizable companies
• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant, CPA or equivalent
• Proactive self-starter and problem solver
• Able to work both independently and in a team and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Well-versed in MS Office applications (Excel modelling, as well as Word and PowerPoint formatting skills)
• Language fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
