Job Description Responsibilities:
Maintain and update staff leave, attendance, and employee records
Prepare notice, analysis report, and clerical support on the daily operation of the general administration and HR duties
Handle projects and assignments independently
Perform all-rounded administrative duties including equipment procurement and maintenance
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
HR and Admin experience is an advance
Self-motivated, mature, stable, Flexibility, well-organized, and meticulous
Have a good team spirit, good communication Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Able to work independently and under pressure
Immediate availability is preferred
