Established in 1904, the Kowloon Cricket Club (KCC) is a private members’ club and is one of the leading sporting clubs in Hong Kong. We, promote participation in cricket and a wide variety of other sports, as well as encouraging social activities. We have a green environment in the heart of Kowloon. KCC’s facilities are also open to outside bodies such as schools and voluntary organizations, and we have a particular emphasis on training and nurturing the youth in many different sports.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of large-scale projects and support related operational needs.
Support proposal writing and preparation of written materials for business, policy initiatives, and General Committee (GC) meetings.
Draft, review, and format Club documents, including internal and external correspondence.
Handle documentation work related to Club’s bye-laws, articles, and governance materials.
Act as a key liaison between the CAO office and Department Heads to ensure timely follow-up on Operational and Administration directives and ad-hoc projects.
Manage office administrative coordination and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
Maintain organized document control and ensure that all documents are accurate, consistent, and up to date.
Assist CAO who handles directly policy-related matters and Members complaints and operational feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally within hospitality operations, or premium guest-relations environments.
Prior experience in office administration or corporate secretarial support is an advantage.
Strong command of business writing and document drafting (English required).
Experience preparing corporate documentation, governance materials, or club policies is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong professional communication skills and high attention to detail.
A mature, proactive attitude with willingness to support a wide range of tasks across the team.
