Responsibilities

Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Coordinator to manage the operational flow between our Hong Kong Sales Team and our manufacturing partners in China. You will be the primary bridge ensuring customer orders are translated into clear factory instructions and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Support: Support sales efforts by preparing quotations, handling customer inquiries, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

Project Coordination: Coordinate product launches and mass production; track timelines daily with the China team/suppliers to strictly meet deadlines.

Technical Communication: Act as the liaison between customers and the China technical team; obtain technical specifications and answers from the China team and clearly explain them to customers.

Sample Coordination: Manage the sample flow; receive samples from China, arrange delivery to customers, and ensure customer feedback is relayed back to the China team.

Internal Alignment: Work closely with internal teams (Admin/Logistics) to ensure orders and delivery schedules are aligned with customer needs.

Growth Support: Assist in e-commerce activities and conduct basic market research to spot new opportunities.

Documentation: Keep organized records of project progress, sales activities, and customer interactions.

Travel: Occasional travel to China for supplier meetings or project updates.
Requirements

Education: HKDSE / Full certificate in HKCEE or above.

Experience: 3–5 years in Merchandising, Sales Coordination, or Supply Chain (Manufacturing experience preferred).

Language: High proficiency in English and Mandarin (Written & Spoken); Cantonese required.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, effective communication for explaining product details to clients, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Attributes: Proactive "chaser" mentality, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
