Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify gaps in current processes, recommend improvements to headquarters for approval, and lead the implementation of new or revised processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and execution of process changes.
• Proactively identify potential issues to prevent incidents before they occur.
• Ensure plant operations are in compliance with design specifications.
• Lead Risk Assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), following through with the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
• Conduct regular inspections, checks, and team briefings to maintain operational standards.
• Deliver training sessions to technicians on new or modified processes.
• Mentor and train the engineering team to ensure high levels of technical competency and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate level).
• Skilled in data analysis, quality tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to manage relationships at all organizational levels.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Solid understanding of chemical process operations and equipment.
• Familiar with ISO standards (9000, 14000, 45000, and 50000).
• Experience in internal auditing and applying risk assessment frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledgeable in safe chemical handling practices.
• Competent in technical report writing.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a capacity to motivate and guide teams.
• Systematic thinker with a structured and engineering-based decision-making approach.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and committed to following management systems diligently.
