Job Description
- Assist local merchant acquisition and onboard service point partners
- Assist to produce training materials and provide guidance to service point partners on the features of the SPX application
- Maintain and update service point information and settings within the system
- Maintain operation standards and provide feedback to service point partners
- Serve as an intermediary between service point partners and the internal operations team to enhance operation standards and to achieve overall business objectives
- Consolidate monthly billings and updating of trackers
- Perform cold calling duties as needed
- Willingness to travel around Singapore to speak to merchants and retailers
- Outgoing and possesses confidence to approach potential partners
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Independent worker and fast-learner with a high level of initiative
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a dynamic environment
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive work attitude
- Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Powerpoint
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months). Part-time interns able to commit a minimum of 3 days a week are welcome to apply
