The Role
We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented individual to join us as a Bellman & Concierge. This dual-role is essential in delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression of the hotel.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, room escorting and orientation of room facilities.
- Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Support loyalty programme enrolments and assist with VIP guest arrangements.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures and room moves in collaboration with Front Office and Housekeeping teams.
- Arrange transportation services such as taxis, airport transfers and other guest travel requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness, order and welcoming atmosphere of the lobby, entrance and driveway areas.
- Communicate guest requests and feedback promptly to relevant departments to ensure service excellence.
- Ensure proper handling and security of guest belongings while adhering to hotel safety and security procedures.
- Provide operational support during peak periods, events or when required by the Front Office team.
Talent Profile
- Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge or bell service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment and handle multiple guest requests efficiently.
- Physically able to assist with luggage handling and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest service excellence.
