YOUR ROLE
QA Manager in manufacturing is responsible to ensure product, processes and system meet customer requirements and company quality target,
- Lead Quality management system ( QMS) and Manage QA engineers
- Ensure compliance with standard ISO9001, IATF, customer requirement
- Handle internal & external audit
- Drive continuous improvement (Yields, Defect reduction etc
- Manage customer complaint ,8D, CAPA
- Lead risk assessment and change management
- support new product/process qualification
- Work closely with production, process, planning etc
- Ensure documentation, SOPs ,control plan,FMEA ,SPC are maintained
- Degree in Engineering or sciences
- 5 years
- Leadership & Communication
- Problem solving ,5 why,fishbone,8D
- SPC/MSA
- Audit management , Certified VDA 6.3, IATF 16949
- Decision making under production pressure
