An SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering) Manager role focuses on ensuring suppliers consistently deliver materials that meet quality ,reliability and delivery requirement.

YOUR ROLE
An SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering) Manager role focuses on ensuring suppliers consistently deliver materials that meet quality ,reliability and delivery requirement.
- Manage supplier quality performance
- Lead Supplier quality qualification and approval process
- Conduct supplier audit (IATF,VDA 6.3 ,ISO process audit)
- Drive supplier SCAR,8D,CAPA
- Handle supplier -related quality issue and containment
- Work with procurement, engineering, manufacturing, planning
- Ensure incoming material meet specification
- Lead the continuous improvement with suppliers
- Manage supplier changes notification and validation
- Manage the QA Engineering and QC operator
- Degree in Engineering or sciences
- 5 years
- Certified VDA 6.3 lead auditor, IATF 16949 lead auditor,
- Problem solving, 5why,fishbone,8D, FMEA,SPC,MSA,APQP,PPAP
- Leadership & Communication
