We're Hiring | Sales Manager – SAP Solutions | Singapore

Are you a high-performing SAP Sales professional with a passion for enterprise transformation and business development?

Join cbs APAC, a leading international SAP consultancy headquartered in Germany, and play a key role in driving SAP solution sales across the APAC region. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can build strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and help organizations accelerate their SAP transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for SAP consulting services and SAP transformation solutions across the APAC region

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within enterprise accounts

Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders

Collaborate with SAP, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create compelling value propositions

Develop strategic account plans aligned with regional growth objectives

Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity management through CRM systems

Stay current on SAP innovations, market trends, and emerging enterprise technologies

Represent cbs APAC at SAP events, industry conferences, and executive networking engagements

Required Experience

Minimum 5+ years of Enterprise Software Sales experience

Minimum 2+ years selling SAP solutions and services

Strong understanding of SAP products and transformation programs

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets

Experience engaging with senior executives and enterprise decision-makers

Strong business development, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities

Understanding of APAC enterprise procurement and buying processes

Experience working within multicultural and regional environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Willingness to travel across APAC as required

Enterprise Digital Transformation

Manufacturing, Healthcare, Utilities, Energy, and Services Industry Experience

Existing relationships within SAP customer ecosystems

Experience working for SAP, SAP Partners, or SAP Consulting Organizations

Mandarin language skills are advantageous
