Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day production stability by managing incidents, changes, and service requests in line with internal standards and SLAs
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for in-house banking applications, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Collaborate closely with global teams across IT and business lines to maintain high service quality and operational excellence
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and process optimization to enhance system reliability and efficiency
- Contribute to DevOps initiatives by implementing CI/CD pipelines and bridging collaboration between development and operations teams
- Participate in major operational activities such as DRP tests, migrations, and release management to ensure seamless execution
- Work in rotational shifts and on-call schedules to support global operations while promoting knowledge sharing and team learning
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Candidate Should Have
- At least 3 years of experience in production support, infrastructure support, or software development roles
- Strong technical background in UNIX environments and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
- Hands-on experience with tools like Ansible, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Docker, or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with task scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M) and understanding of IT ecosystems and application architectures
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, ITIL, Agile, and Lean practices; experience with observability tools such as Grafana or Dynatrace is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, curious, and collaborative team player with a growth mindset and drive for continuous improvement
