The job-holder reports to Head (Vehicles), and assist in the planning, management, and delivery of end-to-end acquisition projects to support MHA operations.

What You Will Be Working On

The principal accountabilities of the job holder are to:



  • Perform project manager role or assist in vehicle replacement, vehicle upgrading, vehicle life extension, or digitalisation projects.
  • Perform duties to validate the contracted deliverables, enforce warranty and quality inadequacy claims during the in-service transition of new vehicle fleet.
  • Support in appraising MHA on vehicle fleet related matters and provide recommendations to system manager.
  • Perform maintenance contract management function which include audit checks on activities performed by Home Team level contract administrators, coordinate performance management meetings, and etc.
  • Perform centralised governance checks over standalone maintenance contracts managed by different teams within the vehicle sustainment team. Auditing and ensuring processes are managed and in compliance with contracted scope.

What We Are Looking For

Candidates should possess:

  • Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Systems Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience in at least 1 of the following areas desired.
  • Project Management experience in vehicle acquisition, vehicle design, or vehicle systems integration.
  • Vehicle Maintenance Operations
  • Services Contract Management
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Able to work independently.
  • Adaptability to work in different team cultures.
  • Willing to take initiative and drive improvements.
  • Effective and resourceful team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hands-on and comfortable with on-site operations.



All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
