Responsibilities
Scheduling Data Control:
Maintain FIS / FIS3 schedule information, including coastal schedules, LTS amendments, vessel particulars, RVT, DP voyages, schedule amendments, and ETA / ETB / ETD updates.
Identify and rectify schedule data gaps early to minimise operational, commercial, and customer impact.
FIS3 Adoption and Process Improvement:
Automation and Proactive Monitoring:
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Marine Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Business, Information Systems, or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience; equivalent working experience may be considered.
Experience in vessel operations, scheduling, marine operations, or related functions.
Knowledge of FIS / FIS3 scheduling processes, or ability to learn system workflows quickly.
Good understanding of schedule data, voyage structures, vessel particulars, RVT, DP voyages, ETA, ETB and ETD logic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Basic to intermediate automation literacy, such as Excel VBA, Python, Power Query, Power Automate, SQL, or equivalent tools.
Able to understand process logic, data validation rules, exception handling, and simple automation concepts.
Strong attention to detail, structured working style, and clear stakeholder communication.
