Responsibilities
HR Manager - Full time
Location: Kuala Terengganu
Industry: Manufacturing / Electrical Distribution Systems
Budget: RM 12,000
Working Hours: Mon – Fri (fully onsite)
Responsibilities:
Lead HR planning, budgeting, and manpower forecasting
Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and salary negotiations
Act as management representative dealing with labor unions and employee relations
Drive training, development, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with government regulations (HR, safety, environmental)
Lead cross-functional initiatives (5S, workplace improvement programs)
Support internal control systems and corporate governance
Key Requirements:
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant HR experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Human Resources, or related field
Strong HR management experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience handling Union relations – specifically Collective Bargaining
Proven experience in recruitment, industrial relations, and employee engagement
Familiar with labor laws, government regulations, and compliance requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
