The Opportunity
Pricing sits at the center of how we grow — balancing conversion, competitiveness, and profitability across global markets.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of
strategy, analytics, and execution, translating market dynamics into pricing actions that directly impact revenue. You will partner closely with
Marketing, Product, and Planning teams to solve real business problems through pricing, while building a strong experimentation culture to continuously optimize performance.
What You Will Do
- Own Pricing Strategy Execution: Translate market needs and stakeholder inputs into actionable pricing plans that balance growth and margin across regions and products
- Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering: Work closely with global markets, Marketing, Product, and Planning teams to understand objectives and drive pricing initiatives that align with business goals
- Drive Yield Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve GP, conversion, and overall efficiency through pricing and channel-level optimization
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and execute pricing experiments (A/B tests, pre-post tests) to validate hypotheses across different levers (lead time, device, origin, product segmentation, etc.)
- Analytics & Opportunity Identification: Use data to proactively identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and convert them into structured initiatives
- Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end execution of pricing initiatives — from problem definition → analysis → testing → rollout → monitoring
- Leverage AI & Automation: Use AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, scale analysis, and enhance decision-making processes
Experience
What You Bring
- 2–5 years experience in Pricing, Strategy, Analytics, Revenue Management, or similar roles
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert data into business decisions
- Experience in experimentation (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven approach)
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
- Exposure to e-commerce, travel, marketplace, or dynamic pricing environments is a strong plus
- Familiarity with AI tools / automation mindset is highly preferred
Skills
- SQL proficient — you pull, validate, and investigate data daily without depending on an engineer
- Analytically rigorous —You have a "trust, but verify" mindset. You’re naturally curious and always look twice at the data to ensure its validity
- Structured Communication: You can take a messy data problem and explain it simply and precisely to an engineer or a business stakeholder.
- Commercial Intuition: You understand that not all data points are created equal. You prioritize issues that move the needle on revenue and customer experience
- Proactive Mindset: You prefer building "smoke detectors" to fighting fires. You’re driven to automate the routine so you can focus on the strategic
- Communication:Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to support collaboration with cross-functional teams in China.
