Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Global Program Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing operations transitions and production transfer programs globally. This role offers ownership of high-impact strategic initiatives, cross-functional leadership, and direct exposure to senior executives while managing Global Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Global manufacturing programs and production transfer programs across multiple factories.
  • Drive strategic operational initiatives to support business growth, capacity expansion, cost optimization, and supply chain resilience.
  • Manage production transfer activities from feasibility assessment through qualification, ramp-up, and stabilization phases.
  • Ensure alignment of program objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables across global stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while proactively resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Lead regular program reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive-level communications.
  • Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize manufacturing footprint and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in program management, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or production transfer environments.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional, global programs involving multiple stakeholders and locations.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, operational excellence methodologies, and supply chain management principles.
  • Experience managing large-scale operational transitions, site transfers, outsourcing/insourcing projects, or capacity expansion initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior executives.
  • Proficiency in program management tools, reporting systems, and data-driven decision-making.
