Are you passionate about beauty and skincare, with a talent for building impactful influencer collaborations? We’re seeking a KOL Specialist who can take charge of end-to-end influencer management from identifying the right KOLs to ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and on time.

Key Responsibilitie

• Identify and engage suitable KOLs that align with brand positioning and campaign objectives
• Negotiate rate cards and finalize agreements/contracts with KOLs
• Manage the full communication cycle with KOLs from briefing to content approvals
• Ensure timely submission of drafts and monitor posting schedules to secure on-time content deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with beauty and lifestyle KOLs
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future collaborations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fie
• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or related roles within beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industries
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• A genuine passion for beauty and social media trends.
