What You'll Be Doing:
Seller Acquisition & Lead Generation:
- Identify and engage potential sellers across Beauty, Makeup & Skincare categories, including brands, SMEs, resellers, and social commerce merchants.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases based on market trends and category priorities.
- Research new business opportunities and uncover emerging sellers with strong growth potential.
Outbound Prospecting & Engagement:
- Reach out to prospective sellers through email campaigns, cold calling, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
- Introduce platform opportunities and assess seller interest and business potential.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and drive conversion.
- Schedule meetings and connect qualified sellers with Account Managers for onboarding.
Seller Qualification & Pipeline Management:
- Evaluate seller readiness, business potential, and alignment with category strategies.
- Prepare detailed handover notes to ensure smooth transitions to Account Managers.
- Collaborate closely with Category Managers and Account Managers to track pipeline progress and seller quality.
Operations & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate sourcing trackers, outreach records, and lead databases.
- Monitor outreach performance, conversion metrics, and recruitment campaign effectiveness.
- Support seasonal acquisition campaigns and strategic seller recruitment initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
- Explore innovative sourcing channels and lead generation strategies.
- Contribute ideas to improve outreach processes, call scripts, and email templates.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness in seller acquisition activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, telesales, business development, lead generation, seller acquisition, or account management.
- Confident communicator with strong cold-calling and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, e-commerce marketplaces, and the beauty industry ecosystem is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-driven with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach activities.
- Experience running an online business, social commerce store, or telemarketing activities will be an added advantage.
