Join our Operations Associate Track, a structured pathway to learn how a fintech business operates from the inside.
This is not a routine admin role. Gain hands-on exposure to customer operations, application support, service delivery and daily business execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will learn customer onboarding, application support, internal coordination and day-to-day business operations. Based on your strengths and performance, opportunities are available in senior operations, customer success, business operations, loan operations, branch operations and team lead roles.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with onboarding, enquiries & applications matter
Support operational workflows & customer journey
Follow up via phone, WhatsApp & other channels
Assist with processing & document checks
Update internal systems accurately
Coordinate with internal teams & branch operations
Handle ad-hoc operational duties
Take on more responsibilities as you progress

Who We Are Looking For

•Fresh graduates welcome (ITE, Polytechnic, Private Diploma/Degree)
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, banking, call centre or operations is a plus
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, responsible and willing to learn
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy

Working Hours

5-day work week. Monday - Saturday.  
Work schedules will be arranged between 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, depending on operational needs.
