Job Responsibilities

1. Provide remote and centralized operational support to overseas business units, primarily focusing on channel sales and internal order management processes, and take ownership of the full lifecycle management of project POs.
2. Collaborate closely with overseas regional teams and channel partners across the covered countries, promptly responding to project inquiries and delivering configuration support, including product, component, and parameter selection.
3. Develop a strong understanding of the company’s internal order activation process, follow up on the progress of contract and PO reviews, and coordinate with reviewers across different functions to ensure timely feedback and smooth process advancement.
4. Proactively drive cross-functional communication and collaboration, working closely with Supply Chain and R&D teams to provide optimal configuration solutions based on business priorities and supply capabilities.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
2. Educational background in science, engineering, or other related technical disciplines is preferred.
3. Prior experience in a related role is preferred.
4. Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
